3º ESO (14-year-olds)
1º Bachillerato (16-year-olds)
Professional English for vocational training as a caregiver

I'm also the form tutor of the 1º Bachillerato group
and a member of the School Council.

We created travel brochures about various Spanish cities with Canva

We played Baamboozle in teams to practice grammar and vocabulary!

We wrote and sent letters to our penpals at Collège Canterane, France

We used a customisable version of Wordle to review topic vocabulary

We played board & card games (like Sussed?) to practice our speaking skills

We played this quiz as a class to learn more about English-speaking countries

We used Plickers as a formative assessment and revision tool

We played various games on our DIW to practice difficult sounds for Spanish speakers

We played Jeopardy! to practice English while reviewing other subjects in the curriculum

We read books to learn about the culture of different English-speaking countries.

We played a customised version of Connections to review vocabulary and foster lateral thinking

We rolled Story Cubes to get random writing and storytelling prompts

We worked on detecting and correcting our own mistakes in context

We solved riddles and puzzles to foster our divergent thinking

We used Canva to create travel brochures about the Andalusian provinces

I taught other ESO and Bachillerato courses, was the form tutor for Bachillerato students,
marked certification exams at an Official School of Languages, assessed the civil servant examination for secondary school teachers, marked university entrance exams, worked as a private English tutor, freelanced as a translator, and worked as a Spanish Language Assistant in the UK.
